Kazakhstan signs 11 strategic agreements with the United States, totaling $5.2 billion
Kazakhstan International News Agency - According to the Presidential Administration's Press Service, during the visit of Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the United States, Kazakhstani companies signed 11 documents with the world's largest companies, totaling $5.2 billion.
The statement said that during Tokayev's visit to New York, large enterprises from Kazakhstan and the United States signed 11 agreements and memoranda of understanding. These documents cover strategically important areas such as transportation logistics, energy and information technology, aiming to attract $5.2 billion in investments into the Kazakhstani economy.
The companies that signed the agreements include: Kazakhstani National Telecommunications Company, Kazakhstani National Railway Company, Samruk-Kazyna State Fund, Kazakhstani National Oil and Gas Company, Amazon Kuiper, International Finance Corporation, Rums Technology, ExxonMobil, Chevron, LanzaJet, Westinghouse Brake Technologies, and the U.S. Export-Import Bank.
