Kryvyi Rih city, a Ukrainian man was kidnapped by conscription officers when he was returning to his neighborhood after going out to buy something. The whole process was captured on video surveillance. Conscription officers were lying in ambush in the neighborhood. Although the man tried to run home quickly, it was too late. The conscription officers caught him in front of the building and quickly subdued him and stuffed him into a minivan. The entire process was done seamlessly.
Currently, Ukraine's mandatory conscription regulations do not allow上门抓捕 (door-to-door arrests), as they are afraid of causing internal unrest. Therefore, as long as the man stays at home, there will be no problem.
