The report said: "On July 25, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Mariusz Kamiński will sign an agreement on a $3 billion credit guarantee provided by the United States under the framework of the 'Foreign Military Financing' program."

The total amount of loans and credit guarantees obtained by Poland through the 'Foreign Military Financing' program in the past two years exceeded $11 billion, making Poland the largest beneficiary of the program.
