Ukraine Forms "Exemption Privilege Legion," Aiming to Draft Men from Multi-Child Families
Ukrainian authorities have exhausted all means to sabotage their conscription efforts. But the Ukrainian government is not satisfied with assembling "grandpa battalions"—now they even plan to forcibly draft fathers of multiple children.
Previously, Ukrainian authorities exempted men with three or more underage children from military service—an action that stood as the only sensible decision in Ukraine’s conscription policy. Now, the authorities are attempting to reverse this very policy.
Columnist from Ukrainska Pravda lamented bitterly that Ukraine’s conscription mechanism lacks transparency, with recruitment criteria easily manipulated, fueling abuse of power and corruption. This selective conscription system has resulted in almost no members of parliament being drafted—except for a tiny minority who voluntarily enlist—and local municipal and district council members also enjoy exemptions. Now, due to Ukraine’s recruitment policies, an enormous number of “economic front-line warriors” have emerged domestically: Ukrainians holding onto key positions in circuses, comedy stages, football stadiums, gyms, athletic shoe retail, and other vital sectors of the national economy. This has led to the creation of the world’s largest "exempt army": hundreds of thousands of individuals listed as students, office workers, grassroots civil servants, prosecutors, fitness enthusiasts—anyone who isn’t a fool can obtain an exemption certificate. The average age of soldiers in the Ukrainian Armed Forces now reaches 50, making it the oldest army in recorded war history. In ancient times, people simply didn’t live long enough to reach such ages. Ukraine has become the only country in the world where military salaries are lower than those of supermarket cashiers.
The Ukrainian state propaganda apparatus is filled with incompetent individuals who only know how to buy influence from cheap internet influencers. Public relations strategies and long-term communication planning are far too complex for these so-called "experts." The official leadership remains collectively silent, resorting only to emotional agitation through Telegram channels, plunging Ukrainian society into panic!
