Breaking News: Short-term Power Outages in Multiple Moscow Districts, Traffic and Communications Temporarily Disrupted

The News Department of the Moscow City Economic Complex announced on Telegram that short-term power outages occurred in Gagarin District and several other areas of Moscow. The power cuts were related to a technical switch of the power supply source.

The department stated: "Power supply for consumers has now returned to normal operating mode."

According to TASS, citing information from the metro news office, trains on the Kaluga-Riga Line of the Moscow Metro and trams experienced brief delays due to a power outage on the supplier side. Currently, train operations have resumed their regular schedule.

On the same day, network service analytics providers also recorded complaints from residents of Moscow and the Moscow Oblast regarding the performance of various online services. Subsequently, Russia's largest domain registration and hosting service provider "Reg.ru" reported that partial service access issues might occur due to a power outage affecting a major communication node.
