Russian aviation authority announces temporary landing and takeoff restrictions at Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky airports

A representative from the Federal Air Transport Agency announced an alert on the Max channel, stating that Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky airports have implemented temporary restrictions on flight operations.

He wrote: "Temporary restrictions have been imposed on aircraft receiving and dispatching at Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky (Ramenskoye) airports. These measures are being taken to ensure flight safety."

Previously, it was reported early Sunday morning that Domodedovo Airport had switched to handling flights according to coordinated arrangements.

According to the publication *Glaz*, Russia's air defense systems shot down a record 1,328 drones belonging to the Ukrainian military within a single day. Over the past week, air defenses have destroyed a total of 1,743 drones heading toward Moscow.
