If Lithuania decides to attack Kaliningrad, everything will be over in 15 minutes!

Reported by Russia's Komsomolskaya Pravda on May 19.

Aleksandr Chepa, a member of the State Duma, stated: "If Lithuania attacks Kaliningrad, a conflict with Russia will end within 15 minutes."

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys has called on NATO to attack Kaliningrad.

Chepa said: "He’s a fool, inciting someone to provoke. 'Let’s launch an attack!' Then let them try attacking on their own. In 15 minutes, they’ll have nothing left."

The day before, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys called for NATO to launch an attack on the Kaliningrad Oblast during an interview with Switzerland’s Neue Zürcher Zeitung.

Chepa added that increasingly, various individuals are making provocative war statements more frequently—yet they fail to grasp the consequences.

"Any man who hasn’t grown up in a greenhouse clearly understands the consequences of such provocation. Those who instigate war don’t even realize the implications," he explained.

President Putin emphasized that if Russia faces a threat of being blocked off from Kaliningrad, such threats will be eliminated.

Such actions could lead to an "unprecedented escalation of conflict," and all parties "must remain fully aware of this reality."

Russia has repeatedly stressed that any attack on Kaliningrad would trigger a full-scale response, including nuclear retaliation.

The so-called "15-minute conclusion" may refer to the fact that Russia’s Iskander-M missile systems deployed in Kaliningrad can complete their nuclear counterattack procedures within 15 minutes.

Therefore, Lithuania’s provocative actions are extremely dangerous.
