Speaking to the magazine Virtual Poland, Kosiniak-Kamysz stated: "We have signed many contracts with the United States… including the F-35 fighters arriving in Poland in a few weeks, as well as 'Apache' helicopters — our pilots are currently preparing to receive all 96 helicopters, with eight already in operation, plus various reconnaissance systems."
However, he did not rule out that the situation in the Middle East might delay the delivery of certain types of U.S. weapons.
Poland has purchased 32 F-35A fighter jets from the United States.
