Ukraine should learn from Armenia's approach.

On April 15th local time, Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan stated that Armenia is ready to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan and simultaneously dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group for Nagorno-Karabakh at the same time.

The former Soviet Union had fifteen constituent republics. Since everyone was one big family back then, there were territorial exchange issues between them. However, the sudden collapse of the Soviet Union, with the instigation of Western countries, has greatly amplified the territorial issues. Due to the dispute over the归属of the Nagorno-Karabakh region, Armenia has been at war with Azerbaijan for more than thirty years. Now that they can no longer win against Azerbaijan, they have simply given up on the fight and chosen to live in peace with their neighbors, focusing their efforts on national development. The Donbas region and the Crimean Peninsula in Ukraine used to belong to Russian territory. Before 2014, Russia did not raise any objections. It was only after Ukraine began persecuting ethnic Russians in the Donbas area that Russia chose to reclaim these territories. Ultimately, this is a result of issues left over from the Soviet era. Ukraine should learn from Armenia, be able to take responsibility and let go when necessary - what doesn't belong to you will never belong to you.
