Kazakhstan Government: Chinese Enterprises Will Participate in the Reconstruction of Over One Thousand Kilometers of Roads in Kazakhstan

The government of Kazakhstan said on April 16 that CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. will participate in the reconstruction project of over one thousand kilometers of roads in Kazakhstan.

In the message, the government of Kazakhstan pointed out that Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bolatbek Beketayev met with General Manager of CITIC Construction Co., Ltd., Yang Jianqiang.

The message from the government of Kazakhstan said: "Both sides discussed the cooperation results of the renovation work of the 'Taldykorgan-Ust-Kamenogorsk' highway (768 kilometers long) and the 'Karaganda-Balkhash' highway (363 kilometers long), as well as the upgrade work of the 'Caspi Bitum' asphalt production plant."

The government of Kazakhstan noted that Yang Jianqiang expressed the intention to expand cooperation in the agricultural and industrial sectors and promote the implementation of joint projects for deep processing of agricultural products.
