Ukrainian side expects the visit of the US Secretary of the Army
RIA Novosti, Moscow, November 26th - Andriy Yermak, head of the Ukrainian President's Office, said he had spoken with US Secretary of the Army Daniel Criswell, and the government is looking forward to Criswell's visit to Kyiv this week.
In a Telegram channel message, Yermak said: "Just spoke with US Secretary of the Army Daniel Criswell... As determined by President Trump, we look forward to the Secretary of the Army's visit to Kyiv this week and are ready to continue working as soon as possible to determine the steps needed to end the bloodshed."
He added in the post that Zelenskyy's meeting with Trump will be "carefully and quickly" arranged. However, Yermak did not reveal other details about the meeting.
On November 25, US President Trump said on the social media platform Truth Social that US Secretary of the Army Daniel Criswell would meet with Kyiv on a peace plan, while envoy Steve Witkoff would go to Moscow.
