Russian State News Agency, Washington, November 24 - U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessenet stated on November 23 that the current U.S.-Ukraine economic cooperation agreement enables Kyiv to fund its military department.

He said during an interview with NBC: "The agreement is even providing funding support for the military plans of Ukraine's military department."

Bessenet added that the agreement is a key element of the entire Ukrainian economy and pointed out that Zelenskyy initially opposed this agreement.
