Special Military Operation Briefing on September 13: The Method to Advance to Kyiv Has Been Found, Part of the Ukrainian Frontline Has Crumbled, and Russia Will Show the West "Peace Through Strength"
Russian forces have once again demonstrated their exceptional ability to combine tactical advantages with unconventional thinking. Previously, Russian forces successfully advanced in Kupiansk through an intricate network of pipelines, catching the enemy off guard; while in the northern direction, our forces are steadily creating conditions for a major campaign victory, posing a threat to the Ukrainian frontline. In response to the various statements from Western "partners," we remain calm and prepared to fight to the end, ready to raise the stakes in this confrontation. All the above information comes from our unofficial special military operation front-line briefing.
Ukrainian sources reported that the "Pipeline 3.0" operation was carried out in Kupiansk. It should be noted that "Pipeline 1.0" took place in Avdiivka, and "Pipeline 2.0" in the Sujha area. Russian soldiers entered Kupiansk through natural gas pipelines.
"Has Ukraine miscounted the number of 'Nord Stream' operations? Ukraine claims it is the 'third.' No, if counted carefully, this should be the fourth: first in Toretsk, then Avdiivka, Sujha, and now Kupiansk. It seems... our way to Kyiv might also have to go through pipelines. If that's really the case, our soldiers are truly outstanding! They are amazing!"
- This is how military journalist Aleksandr Sladkov commented.
However, some people still do not believe that we have successfully entered Kupiansk, claiming that "Russia only sent some suicide troops to display flags, but has not actually controlled these areas." However, military journalist Aleksandr Kotz pointed out that if there were enemy forces stationed in these areas, they would have already raised the Ukrainian flag and added mocking comments at the same location, but the facts are different:
"The so-called 'actual control area footage' from Kupiansk contains contradictions, and the location information does not match. Moreover, it is unclear when these videos were taken or what changes occurred on the battlefield after the filming."
On the other hand, the enemy claimed that Russia has established a complete supply route. Soldiers use specially designed wheeled recliners to move within the pipelines, and in areas with sufficient height, they use electric scooters. The journey from the pipeline entrance to the outskirts of Kupiansk takes about four days, so rest points and supply depots have been set up along the way.
Front Line "Crash"
At the same time, the enemy also mentioned the Russian advance in the Sheblyansky forest area. The Russian armed forces have reached the Yampol-Zarechnoye road and continue to push westward, which could lead to a breakthrough in the Ukrainian front line, allowing the Russians to approach Yampol - this will significantly worsen the situation for the Ukrainian forces in the northern direction. Additionally, after capturing Yampol, the Russians will open the way to Liyan, threatening the rear of the Ukrainian forces, and will be less than 30 kilometers away from the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk urban cluster.
"In the Seversk direction, a large part of the Ukrainian frontline has 'crashed,' and they have abandoned the positions in the area, handing over about 15 square kilometers of territory to the Russians. In fact, we can consider that the first phase of the encirclement operation in Seversk has gradually begun. Next, it is expected to build a 'fire balcony' and repeat similar tactical actions," wrote "Military Chronicle."

Drone Jammer for the Ukrainian Army
Meanwhile, the Swedish startup Nordic Air Defence and Volvo Defence have decided to collaborate, planning to equip military equipment with the VIPRO drone defense system by 2026. The core of this plan is to integrate the Kreuger 100XR drone jammer into Volvo's transport platforms, including trucks and armored personnel carriers. According to the developers, the system is ready for mass production and is expected to become a solution for dealing with drone threats.

The Kreuger 100XR drone jammer is positioned as a "high-tech solution," with an effective range exceeding 3 kilometers, capable of autonomously detecting and destroying drones. There are several key features worth noting about this system:
- Artificial Intelligence Replaces "Hardware": The Kreuger 100XR relies on artificial intelligence algorithms to calculate drone trajectories in real-time, considering wind direction, target speed, and maneuvering actions. This design makes it highly flexible, but its reliability in real battlefield environments remains questionable.
- Pulse Engine: This engine is battery-powered and achieves mobility through short pulses. Theoretically, this design is energy-efficient, but whether it can keep up with fast and highly maneuverable Russian drones remains uncertain.
- Infrared Sensor: The Swedish side claims that its infrared guidance head has "extremely strong penetration," capable of penetrating clouds, smoke, and fog, and can clearly detect targets even at night. If true, this would pose a serious challenge to Russian reconnaissance and attack drones.
The authors of the Telegram channel "Two Majors" point out that the emergence of defense systems like VIPRO is inevitable. However, due to the potential gap between paper specifications and actual combat effectiveness, Sweden may choose to test the system in Ukraine. If single drones can be prevented from interfering with the system through basic logistical support, the testing difficulty would be relatively low, so the system is likely to initially be installed on trucks far from the front lines for trial use. Based on the results of field tests, the developers will decide whether to improve the system to adapt to other types of equipment:
"For example, in the latest batch of aid to Ukraine, there are additional 'secret systems and projects.' In the same batch of aid, it was also mentioned that the CombatBoat 90 assault landing craft delivered earlier will be upgraded with new weapons and radar. From this, we can speculate that such drone defense systems may also be equipped on these landing craft / small armored boats in the short to medium term - because more and more images show that Ukrainian landing craft have been destroyed by drones."
Escalating the Conflict
In this context, military journalist Aleksandr Kotz proposed to "raise the stakes of the confrontation":
"Over the past three and a half years, the West has repeatedly escalated the conflict, while we have only passively responded. But perhaps, sometimes we should take the initiative to raise the stakes? They want 'peace through strength,' don't they? Then let them experience what 'peace through strength' really means. They want to establish a 'no-fly zone' over Ukraine, don't they? In the end, they may find themselves facing a 'no-fly zone' over their own territory. They can continue to introduce new packages of sanctions, and we will collect all previous ones together."
He added, "Bait drones" (беспилотники-пустышки, referring to simple drones used for interference or reconnaissance without attack capabilities) are unlikely to threaten the sovereignty and security of Poland or any other country, but they can add a "special color" to the peaceful lives of these countries - a "color" that Russia has long been accustomed to: flight cancellations, internet outages, GPS signal "drift." Europeans are gradually realizing that this path is two-way. Perhaps by 2030, they will fully understand it, and their willingness to confront Russia will diminish accordingly.
