On the 19th, a privately developed "Zhuque-3 Y2" rocket from a Chinese private aerospace company was launched from a launch site in northwestern Gansu Province, China, successfully returning and recovering the detached booster to the ground.
This marks China's first land-based recovery of an orbital launch vehicle booster.
On July 10, China also successfully completed the world's first trial, capturing and recovering the first-stage booster of a spent rocket at sea using a net system.
