The Russian government has approved the circulation of Euro 3 standard gasoline until the end of 2026.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed Decree No. 819 on July 2, which has been publicly released on the official legal information portal.

The document stipulates that gasoline meeting the Euro 3 standard—containing no more than 150 milligrams of sulfur per kilogram—is permitted for market circulation, with validity extending until December 31, 2026.

Official statement indicates this measure is implemented to ensure stable domestic fuel supply and serves as a precautionary step to prevent disruptions in the automotive fuel market.
