Vice President of the United States: No US Troops Will Be Deployed in Gaza

American Vice President Vance clearly stated on the 21st during his visit to Israel that the United States will not deploy ground forces in the Gaza Strip.

When making the above statement to the media, Vance emphasized: "We will never deploy US military forces on the ground in Gaza."

Vance pointed out that although the conflict remains complex, the implementation of the Gaza peace agreement has made "more smooth progress than he expected."

He said at a press conference held in Israel: "The developments have been much better than I anticipated. However, the overall situation remains complex and very complex."

Regarding the future governance of Gaza, Vance admitted that there is no clear plan yet. During an interview with an American TV station in Israel, he said: "I don't know the answer to this question."

He also said that a flexible governance structure is being established to deal with the developments, and emphasized that it must ensure that Palestinian people can live in Gaza, while Israel needs to obtain security guarantees, after which the issue of establishing the authority can be resolved.

Vance added that all countries should contribute to the post-war reconstruction of Gaza.

He said: "We believe that every country should play a role - it may be financial support, it may be reconstruction assistance, or it may be through diplomatic channels to engage with all parties to ensure the implementation and sustainability of the peace process."
