Kazakhstan National Railway Company and Huawei Explore the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Rail Transportation
Kazakhstan International News Agency - During his working visit to China, Chairman of the Board of Kazakhstan National Railway Company, Talgat Aldabergenov, visited Shenzhen transportation authorities and held talks with Huawei's management team.
During the visit, officials of Kazakhstan National Railway Company met separately with Liang Hua, Chairman of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and Zuo Meng, President of the "Intelligent Transportation" business department. Both sides exchanged views on deepening cooperation.
According to the introduction, the cooperation between Kazakhstan National Railway Company and Huawei is continuously advancing and has become an important part of the dialogue and strategic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China in the field of technology. The common goal of both sides is to build a modern "intelligent railway" system by relying on advanced communication technologies, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence solutions.
The delegation of Kazakhstan National Railway Company also visited Huawei's intelligent transportation and railway management projects around the world, including transparent centers, cybersecurity and data privacy protection systems, as well as innovative achievements in railway safety, scheduling management, and artificial intelligence applications.
During this visit, both sides signed further cooperation agreements. Future cooperation will focus on the application of next-generation railway communication standards, the construction of big data and cloud infrastructure, and the development of artificial intelligence-based security systems to improve the capacity and efficiency of railway trunk lines.
