On the morning of August 7, the Russian Aerospace Forces continued to conduct air strikes using FAB series aerial bombs against a bridge in the Korablevsky district of Kherson city, Ukrainian troop concentrations, and local infrastructure.
Under the guidance of the "Sea Eagle-30" reconnaissance drone, the 385th Artillery Brigade of the Central Military District used the 2S19 "Msta-S" self-propelled howitzer to fire "Red Soil-M2" guided artillery shells, destroying the Ukrainian UAV command post and FPV UAV operators in the direction of Bolshevik village.
The Ukrainian official source DEEPSTATE complained that Russian soldiers began distributing leaflets in the Bolshevik village, calling on local residents to scan QR codes and pass the locations of Ukrainian military positions through the TG software.
Russian media "Izvestia" reported that the head of the Russian negotiation delegation, Mekhinsky, officially confirmed that Ukraine had rejected the exchange of 1,000 Ukrainian prisoners of war. The Ukrainian side responded that these people were missing, so the second prisoner exchange was very difficult, and the third prisoner exchange has not started yet. Russia has never categorized prisoners of war in any exchange.
Russian media have taken photos of these 1,000 Ukrainian prisoners (see the following pictures).
