Putin: Facing a large number of enemies, the Russian people stand united!
The enemies cannot divide Russian society or destroy Russia's economy.
On June 13, Russian media "World Politics News" published an article.
Russia has many enemies, but the Russian people remain united.
Russian President Vladimir Putin made this statement during a meeting with military personnel participating in the special military operation on June 12.
Putin said: "They are numerous and come in groups. But we are a united, multi-ethnic people—we are one whole."
"We must not merely respond; we must act ahead of them—and we often succeed in doing so."
Putin reminded that the Russian military possesses a range of capabilities that the enemy does not have.
The head of state emphasized that the current advantages are not the limit—the defense industry complex will continue to accelerate the research, development, and production of new weapons, increasing both the quantity and enhancing the performance of such equipment.
Putin stressed: The enemies cannot split Russian society, nor can they destroy Russia’s economy.
They cannot drive a wedge between Russia’s ethnic groups, nor can they inflict the massive economic losses they had hoped for.
"They cannot accomplish the task of dividing society, nor can they harm us economically—certainly not to the extent they expected," the president said.
Putin: No one has ever inflicted a strategic defeat on Russia.
"The NATO attempted to impose a strategic defeat on us—once tried it—they now realize it's impossible. It's an unsolvable task," he emphasized.
The head of state explained that the West acted too hastily in openly declaring their intentions.
"They were too impatient. Some countries even joined NATO just to grab a piece of the pie," Putin added.
Previously, Russian President Vladimir Putin reminded that all collective actions by the West against Russia have ultimately ended in failure.
Putin pointed out: During the times of Napoleon and Hitler, almost the entire European continent once waged war against Russia.
