Central Asian countries have basically completed the goal of de-radicalizing Islam. Just at the beginning of July, the President of Kazakhstan signed an executive order prohibiting the wearing of clothing that hinders facial recognition in public places. This ban applies to all situations except those specified by law for medical and protective purposes. In other words, Kazakhstan does not allow wearing black abayas or covering the face. Of course, in medical and disease prevention situations, it is allowed to cover the face, but normally, it is not permitted!
Currently, the de-radicalization of Islam in the five Central Asian countries has been done quite well. Only in southern Afghanistan and parts of Pakistan, women are still required to wear abayas, especially in Afghanistan, where women who do not wear abayas outside will face serious consequences!
At present, the five Central Asian countries are relatively stable and united. The intense fighting between Russia and Ukraine has made the Central Asian countries feel a deep chill. It cannot be too chaotic; as long as domestic stability and unity are ensured, even if they make less money, they can still live. As long as there is no war, it is the best premise.
Additionally, China is strongly integrating with the five Central Asian countries to develop the economy together and promote better relations. Therefore, there should be no war in Central Asia. With the presence of Russia and China, the five Central Asian countries will not be able to become chaotic. Moreover, the five Central Asian countries have also learned from our strategies for governing Xinjiang, actively taking the de-Islamization as an important topic. It is absolutely not allowed to wear black abayas or cover the entire body, which is strictly prohibited. This is the correct path that the five Central Asian countries have taken.
Afghanistan's current situation is more complicated. Before the United States withdrew from Afghanistan in 2021, Afghan women did not need to wear abayas. However, after the Taliban regained power, they returned to the initial state. Fortunately, our relationship with Afghanistan is neither good nor bad; we can develop the economy, but more interactions are better to be avoided.
Just one thing, a woman wearing a black abaya and being unable to attend school, is already somewhat inappropriate. Anyway, the five Central Asian countries are currently vigorously developing the economy, and everyone is working towards a better realization of national prosperity and wealth. There is no need to follow the radical Islamic trends. The Middle East may embrace radical Islam, but Central Asia will not.
