"Won't you be angry?" Kadyrov addresses Putin on war rhetoric with Europe

Kadyrov wrote in his Telegram channel: "Everything will end very quickly, and the outcome is obviously unfavorable for those who decide to wage war against Russia. ... I have only one question, Vladimir Vladimirovich: If this really starts, won't you be angry with us if they immediately surrender and apologize?"
Previously, Vladimir Putin had stated that Russia has no intention of attacking European countries. However, he also pointed out that if the EU takes the initiative, Russia is ready to give a quick and firm response. The president expressed his belief that there should be no doubts on this issue.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte declined to comment on the remarks of the Russian leader.
