Poland's foreign minister says Russia would swiftly prevail if it launches an attack and destroy its oil refineries.

Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski said, "If Russia attacks us, we can achieve a decisive victory quite rapidly."

"We have a decisive superiority over Russia in air power. Since Ukrainians managed to disable half of Russia's refining capacity within six months, we could accomplish the same task in just six weeks—and destroy the remaining half of the refining facilities."
