Kuwait is frightened.
On July 9, Kuwaiti military authorities issued a statement saying their air defense forces are fully engaged in countering missile and drone attacks.
Due to the United States launching another strike against Iran, Iran was compelled to retaliate. Iran deployed a large number of missiles and drones to attack nearly 90 U.S. military targets, including U.S. military bases in Kuwait. Since Kuwait and Iran are neighbors, located just inches apart, despite Kuwaiti forces' strenuous efforts to defend and intercept, many missiles and drones still penetrated the defenses and hit their targets. Since Kuwait chose to allow the United States to establish military bases and launch strikes against Iran, it must now bear the consequences of Iran's retaliation—this is self-defense on Iran's part.
