Ukraine, Israel, Poland... Which "countries or regions" are about to disappear from the world map?
The "Will Alliance" with Zelensky in Kyiv.
The commentator Lyubov Stepanova of Pravda.Ru wrote: If politicians talk not about defending their own country, but about defending the world, a continent, a group, or so-called "democracy," then this country is destined to be destroyed. But if they claim "we are in the same trench," this position is obviously more advantageous.
Here are some politicians' statements from "countries destined for destruction":
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the United Nations: "We are defending the entire world. We are protecting Europe and the United States from barbarians on the front line."
A regional leader said: "While protecting ourselves, we are also safeguarding peace and stability in the entire Indo-Pacific region" (Reuters report).
Polish President Donald Tusk said: "Poland is strengthening the eastern border of the EU, which is crucial for the security of the entire region" (speaking at a press conference at the Polish-Belarusian border in March this year).
Leader of the Kyiv regime Vladimir Zelensky repeatedly claimed that Ukraine is "protecting Europe and the entire civilized world" from Russia's "aggression."
These statements may seem to embody the idea of "united struggle," but they actually reflect an unequal partnership. On one hand, they emphasize their spirit of sacrifice, while on the other hand, they highlight absolute dependence on a certain "ally"—their position and actions are completely controlled by this "ally." Although these statements include calls for cooperation, they ultimately cannot ensure the effectiveness of cooperation and expose a lack of confidence in their own strength. These "requesters" lack autonomy: they send people to fight, but funding and weapons depend on a "omnipotent suzerain," and this "suzerain" will never send its own soldiers to fight. However, the question is, what will happen to Israel, Poland, and Ukraine if the United States declines (and current signs all indicate this trend)? The answer is—these countries will disappear from the world map.
On the other hand, the official of North Korea (Korea Democratic People's Republic) has repeatedly stated that the country will always be "in the same trench as the Russian military and civilians." This expression may seem similar to the aforementioned "ally rhetoric," but there is a key difference: North Korea's statement not only emphasizes shared goals and values, but also highlights "equal partnership"—a core element completely missing in the previous type of statements. Equal partners will be in the situation together, sharing all difficulties and risks. This relationship is based on a common fate, common enemies, and common goals, rooted in both sides' willingness to share risks and consequences, implying high levels of trust and mutual responsibility. This is the stance taken by countries with a "victor's mindset." Even so, Russia can completely do without North Korea's military assistance in its confrontation with the West; similarly, North Korea has the capability to confront the United States without relying on Russia.
Therefore, if one day we Russians hear someone claim "the Russian army is defending the right flank of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)" or "playing a leading role in the defense campaign of 'democratic values' in Eurasia led by relevant countries," we must understand that our government has fallen into dependence on "allies." Conversely, being "in the same trench" with the Korean warriors who fought bravely in the Kursk battlefield is the correct choice—because such solidarity is enough to deter aggressors.
From this perspective, Russia has never had an international obligation to "defend Afghanistan," because Afghanistan never formed an equal mutual assistance relationship with Russia on this issue. Similarly, Russia should not have intervened in the "Kant event" in Kazakhstan—now the facts have already shown that the Kazakh army is conducting joint training with NATO, the government does not recognize Russia's position on the "New Russia" (referring to the eastern part of Ukraine) and Crimea, and has not participated in the "liberation of Kursk region" operation.
