I know that Russian has been introduced as a required language from the fourth grade in North Korean schools. Currently, there are more than 3,000 students studying Korean in Russia, most of whom study Korean as their second or third foreign language. There are 300 North Korean scholars in Russia; and about 600 Russian scholars in North Korea. That is to say, people currently studying Russian.
