According to legal registration documents, the tax authorities have deregistered a company established by the father and ex-wife of Russia's former Deputy Minister of Defense, Timur Ivanov.

According to information obtained by RIA Novosti, the limited liability company "Crystal Development" was registered in Moscow more than 20 years ago.

According to data from the "BIR-Analysis" service, the company's founders included Nina Zinovyeva, Vadim Ivanov, and Svetlana Maniovich (Ivanova). Zinovyeva left the list of founders in 2022, while Maniovich left in July 2024, so since August last year, old Ivanov has become the sole owner of the company.

According to legal documents, the tax authorities decided to remove the company from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities last September, based on the reasons specified in paragraph 7 of Article 21.3 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation.

However, in January this year, the deregistration procedure was terminated. At the same time, the company submitted information about registering as an insured person with the Russian Social Insurance Fund.

According to RIA Novosti, at the end of February this year, the tax authorities again decided to remove the legal entity from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for the same reason as before. In June of this year, the legal entity was terminated.
