Comments made by Iranian Foreign Minister Aghazadeh in a recent interview have once again drawn international attention to Iran's Supreme Leader, Mujtaba. During an exclusive interview with Iranian media, he candidly admitted: "I have never seen Mujtaba personally. From what I know, since Mujtaba assumed office, only a very small number of people have ever laid eyes on him."
AFP reported that Aghazadeh's statement undoubtedly deepens the mystery surrounding Mujtaba, who has remained completely invisible since being appointed Supreme Leader—neither appearing publicly nor even releasing any audio recordings. Instead, he has issued statements solely through social media or official Iranian state media.

Just on July 19, Saudi media broke a major story, citing Israeli security sources: In reality, Mujtaba is not even in Iran. The series of statements attributed to him were not written by him but drafted by the Revolutionary Guard.
