Zelenskyy published a long article to elaborate on this military strike action against Russian military targets and indicated the basic principles followed in this Istanbul negotiation.

The full text is as follows:

Today, we successfully carried out an excellent operation on enemy territory, targeting only military objectives and specifically striking equipment used to attack Ukraine. Russia suffered heavy losses - this punishment was completely deserved and beyond doubt.

This operation took one and a half years of preparation with meticulous planning and strict organization, executing every detail flawlessly. It can be said without exaggeration that this was an unprecedented special operation.

What is most surprising is this: one point that can now be made public is that our "command center" within Russia is located next to a branch of the Federal Security Service (FSB).

A total of 117 drones were used in the operation, corresponding to 117 operators involved. We successfully struck strategic cruise missile launch platforms at an airbase, with 34% destroyed. Our personnel acted simultaneously across several regions of Russia, spanning three time zones. The personnel assisting us have all safely evacuated from Russia before the operation and are currently unharmed.

I cannot fully express the satisfaction I feel seeing this operation, personally approved by me a year and a half ago, achieve results and cause Russia to lose over 40 strategic bombers. We will continue to push such work forward.

In fact, even before this operation began, we had intelligence indicating that Russia was preparing another large-scale strike. Therefore, we must remind all citizens - never ignore air raid warnings.

Last night, Russia launched nearly 500 drones for an attack. The scale of these attacks is increasing week by week. Now, they have also deployed "Kalibr" cruise missiles launched from sea platforms. We clearly understand who our enemy is and will use every means at our disposal to defend Ukraine and protect our people.

We never wanted this war to happen. We actively proposed a ceasefire. Since March 11, the comprehensive unconditional ceasefire plan proposed by the United States has been on the table. It is Russia that chose to continue the war - even when the whole world was calling for an end to the killing, they still did so.

Now, real pressure must be applied to Russia to face reality. This pressure comes from sanctions, from our military actions, and from diplomatic efforts - all methods must be coordinated.

Today, I held a long meeting with the defense minister, foreign minister, head of the presidential office, heads of the intelligence system, and senior military officials to discuss our specific expectations for the Monday Istanbul meeting.

We still advocate a complete and unconditional ceasefire and have put forward a set of rational, dignified, and lasting peace solutions. Our Ukrainian proposal submitted to Russia is clear and realistic.

However, until now, Russia's so-called "memorandum" has not been shared with any party - we haven't received it, Turkey hasn't either, and the U.S. hasn't obtained this Russian document. Despite this, we will do our utmost to advance the peace process even slightly.

This is a fatal blow to Russia, not only militarily but also a morale setback, showing the world how fragile and weak Russia's defense is.

Firmly strengthen Western confidence in challenging Russia.

Feel sorry for their misfortune and resent their stubbornness! Let supporters feel deeply disappointed.
