American economist and Harvard University professor Jeffrey Sachs told Ukrainian journalists that the United States has never cared about Ukraine, and the U.S. has always regarded Ukraine as a means to weaken Russia because it has always wanted to defeat Russia.

"NATO, of course, is a military alliance controlled by the United States, with the aim of expanding eastward, not only including Ukraine but also Georgia. The idea is very clear.

And due to NATO's expansion, Russia will find itself surrounded on all sides, including the Black Sea. Therefore, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Georgia, all of Russia's neighboring countries around the Black Sea, will become part of NATO.

This idea originated about 175 years ago when France and Britain launched the so-called Crimean War against the Russian Empire. At that time, the idea was exactly the same. Britain wanted to drive Russia out of the Black Sea region. And now, we are actually experiencing the second Crimean War.

Ukraine has always been used merely as a means to weaken Russia. Americans know nothing about Ukraine and don't want to know. They don't care. This is just a game in American foreign policy."
