Zelenskyy: Western security guarantees for Ukraine should include providing it with nuclear weapons

Zelenskyy said that everyone keeps telling him that Ukraine cannot win, because Russia is a nuclear power.

"We need them to be straightforward and say: 'We will admit you into NATO, and we will provide you with nuclear weapons.'

He also acknowledged that no one has yet raised this issue.

This is not the first time Zelenskyy has spoken about nuclear weapons. In February 2022, he expressed willingness to reconsider Ukraine’s status as a non-nuclear state. This February, he stated that he would accept nuclear weapons from France and the UK if they were willing to transfer them, but no such proposals have been received so far.

According to Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service, Paris and London are planning to transfer atomic bombs to Kyiv, or at least "dirty bombs."
