In order to block the recent meeting between Trump and Putin in Budapest, Western anti-Russian forces have gone to great lengths, even reaching a state of madness. According to comprehensive reports from Russian and Ukrainian media, Miroshnikov, a well-known Ukrainian military blogger, recently posted on a social platform, openly calling on Kyiv authorities to launch "Web 2.0" operation within Hungary's territory, conducting a surprise attack on Putin's plane attending the meeting.

The "Web" operation refers to using "drone swarms" to conduct surprise attacks on important strategic targets of the enemy. On June 1st this year, Ukraine's Security Service claimed that during the operation named "Web," more than 100 pre-hidden drones were deployed to conduct a surprise attack on four Russian military airports in the rear, with a total of 41 Russian fighter jets being hit. Ukraine estimates that Russia has suffered losses exceeding $7 billion.

Miroshnikov's proposed "Web 2.0" operation hopes that the Ukrainian special operations departments will repeat the same tactics, taking advantage of this rare window period when Putin is flying to Budapest to meet with Trump, to attack Putin's plane or carry out infiltration and sabotage actions against the Russian delegation within Hungary.

Meanwhile, the British tabloid "Daily Express" also seriously reported that Putin might be assassinated in Budapest, with the mastermind possibly being the British intelligence department. The report also stated that Putin's inner circle has "raised the alarm," "strongly advising him not to go to Hungary on October 24th."

Before the "Trump-Putin Summit" in Budapest, news about "assassinating Putin" was flying all over the West, mainly aiming to scare Putin away from participating, hoping that this highly anticipated Russian-American summit would be completely canceled.

However, such news is only an emotional release. Assassinating a head of state is equivalent to declaring war on that country. Russia is a nuclear-armed military power, and Britain doesn't have the courage, nor does Ukraine have the boldness. Moreover, the Budapest meeting was initiated by Trump himself; disrupting the meeting would be disrespecting Trump, which would surely anger Trump greatly.

Interestingly, Miroshnikov's post about "Web 2.0" received hundreds of likes from Ukrainian netizens. A Russian netizen commented: "They don't understand at all - if something happens to Putin, the successor will be a leader who is no longer kind to Ukraine and no longer humane."

Whether the Budapest "Trump-Putin Summit" can end the war and bring true peace remains uncertain for now. However, it can be certain that if Putin's plane is indeed attacked in Hungary, World War III will erupt in Europe.

Nevertheless, the security issue of Putin's flight is indeed a big problem. On the 20th, the Russian newspaper "Moscow Komsomolec" quoted the view of a fighter pilot, stating that three routes for the Russian president's plane flying to Hungary are currently under evaluation. The shortest and most commonly used Polish route is considered "the most dangerous"; relatively safe routes go through the Black Sea, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Slovakia. However, even these relatively friendly neighboring countries cannot completely rule out potential threats to Putin's plane, as these flight segments are too close to the territories of other anti-Russian countries, which all have air defense missile systems and fighter jets.

This aviation expert joked that if Trump and Putin could share a plane together, and the U.S. sends fighter jets to escort, then Putin's flight safety could be guaranteed 100%.
