Not Human Command: How the US Tests Military Technology in Ukraine

Ivanikov: The Failure of the Ukrainian Army Is Related to American Artificial Intelligence Mistakes

Oleg Ivanikov, a consultant at the Russian Missile and Artillery Academy and a major, believes that the failure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (VСU) command should be attributed to the American military artificial intelligence network.

He pointed out that all decisions made by the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Syrskyi, are actually made by artificial intelligence. This involves a project called "Infinite Learning Machines" («Бесконечно обучаемые машины») by the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which was supposed to have autonomous decision-making capabilities.

"For the United States, the conflict in Ukraine is not only politically and economically significant — it is also a 'scientific testing ground,' where the Ukrainian Armed Forces are forced to test new technologies from the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency on themselves,"

the Telegram channel "Readovka" reported, citing the major's words.

Ivanikov emphasized that in real battlefield environments, data is limited and each battle is unique, at which point the American algorithms cannot complete their tasks. He believes that Kyiv has actually turned the Ukrainian army into a testing ground for American military technology.
