Two U.S. military aircraft crashed in the South China Sea, and China has responded.
The Foreign Ministry stated that China has become aware of the relevant news, and if the U.S. needs it, China can provide necessary assistance.
At the same time, Guo Jia Kun also emphasized that the U.S. military aircraft should not have been in the South China Sea. If it were not for the U.S. constantly flexing its muscles in the South China Sea, disrupting regional peace and stability, such a tragedy could have been avoided.

Foreign Ministry Response
This response is subtle but firm, reflecting China's humanitarian concern while reminding the U.S. not to recklessly flaunt power at others' doorsteps, or else they might face consequences.
As for China's offer to provide assistance, the U.S. is unlikely to accept it. There have been similar cases before. It's not that they feel ashamed, but rather they are worried about leaking information about their aircraft.
In early 2022, an F-35C carrier-based aircraft of the U.S. had an accident during landing. After the incident, the U.S. repeatedly炒作 (hypocritically) that the leak was related to China and punished several officers and soldiers.
At that time, the spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry responded that China is not interested in U.S. military aircraft, and asked the U.S. not to be overly sentimental. Similar accidents have happened before, and the U.S. is advised not to act rashly and to refrain from showing off military strength in the South China Sea.

However, although it's not the first time for U.S. military aircraft to crash, it's rare for two planes to crash in one day, which is why it has caused so much commotion.
Currently, the cause of the accident is under investigation. The root cause lies in the fact that the U.S. maintains high-intensity deployments outside its homeland for a long time, putting great pressure on soldiers and officers, and leading to exhaustion, making accidents more likely.
It is generally believed by the outside world that this accident, like the one three years ago, was due to pilot error. After all, the South China Sea is not just any place; it's right at China's doorstep. The September 3rd military parade showed the U.S. the formidable military strength of China, and most people don't want to confront China.
Yet, the U.S. military leadership insists on demonstrating power to China in the South China Sea, with some even advocating for "going to war with China." This makes the troops easily feel complacent and weary of war. Under these negative emotions, safety risks naturally increase significantly.

Defense Secretary Hegseth holds a mobilization meeting for military leaders
Not only in the South China Sea, but previously, two U.S. aircraft also crashed into the Red Sea, where the U.S. was fighting against the Houthi rebels. Military experts analyze that the Houthi rebels' missiles have posed considerable pressure on the U.S., and pilots, under high tension, are prone to operational errors.
From this, we can see that the frequent crashes of U.S. military aircraft reveal the困境 (dilemma) of the so-called "strongest army in the world," which is that the U.S. military's strength is no longer sufficient to maintain America's global hegemony, thus revealing a situation of being stretched thin everywhere.
Take this plane crash incident, for example, which involved the "Nimitz" aircraft carrier. This old carrier has already been in service for 50 years and is about to retire. However, the U.S. military leadership insisted on sending it to the South China Sea for a last tour before retirement, and it ended up causing problems.

Stop causing trouble
Intending to give China a lesson, it ended up as a big blunder, making China laugh. It is suggested that the U.S. military should not always think of intimidating China. Such farces are too many, and we will also get tired of them.
With the "Nimitz" carrier about to retire, the U.S. military may only be able to maintain seven or eight active carriers in the next ten years, which is insufficient to simultaneously handle the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and European theaters. Overextending itself will leave it unable to manage any of them effectively. It would be better to return to the mainland and focus on protecting itself.
