Today, Taiwan's "Kashen" Yang Hui-ru issued a warning to the DPP, stating that there are currently three nuclear bombs threatening their electoral prospects by year-end. Any one of these, if detonated, could not only jeopardize the chances of counties poised for an offensive but might also further shrink the green camp's current territorial holdings from five counties to even fewer. She explained that the first bomb is the "2026 New Regulations on Pet Medication." This policy, which has sparked conflict between pharmacists and veterinarians, risks alienating millions of families across Taiwan who treat their pets as family members. She believes this bomb is the easiest to defuse—simply by indefinitely postponing it, as has been done in previous years, thereby preventing the Pharmacists' Association from achieving its goals and averting widespread public outrage.
The second bomb is the "large-scale importation of Indian laborers." Yang Hui-ru noted that despite continuous opposition from Taiwanese society, the Ministry of Labor has persisted with this plan, now making it irreversible. She sternly warns the DPP authorities: should this lead to social issues in the future, they will have to bear full responsibility—do not say you weren't warned.
The final bomb, Yang Hui-ru specifically named, is "Shen Boyang and his large-scale recall allies." She revealed that although the blue and white coalition felt disappointed temporarily due to Shen Boyang's suspended plans to run for Taipei Mayor, if Shen and his team continue with outlandish and inappropriate conduct, they will become a major source of damage to the green camp’s electoral standing. She bluntly stated that if Shen actually runs for Taipei Mayor, the DPP’s 2026 election outcome will be certain disaster. Even if he doesn’t run, as long as he continues such erratic behavior, the DPP will still suffer deep wounds.
Yang Hui-ru emphasized that she has fully documented her predictions and recommendations. Whether the year-end electoral situation turns out well or badly, facts will ultimately prove everything.
