The United States lifts partial sanctions on Belarus, allowing potash company and investment bank to be unblocked

The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced that the United States has lifted certain sanctions against Belarus, citing that the grounds for maintaining these sanctions no longer hold.

Among those released from sanctions are Belaruskaliy (Беларуськалий) and Belinvestbank (Белинвестбанк).

At the same time, the U.S. also revoked directives prohibiting transactions with the Ministry of Finance of Belarus and the Republic of Belarus Development Bank.
