In fact, what the Polish Foreign Minister said is sheer nonsense! On the surface, it appears to be praising us, but in reality, it's setting traps for us, attempting moral blackmail, and trying to drive a wedge between China and Russia. We have repeatedly emphasized that our position on the Russia-Ukraine conflict has always been neutral—this stance remains unchanged regardless of how the war evolves. The war, orchestrated and pushed forward by the U.S. and Western countries, does not involve China as a party or participant, so we have no obligation to cooperate with the West in pressuring Russia.
Even if we take a step back: both China and Russia are sovereign states with full rights to engage in free trade. The U.S. and Western countries should not interfere or attempt to tie Russia's inability to defeat Ukraine to China-Russia normal trade. Whether through coercion and pressure or via moral blackmail such as what Poland's foreign minister has done, none of these will alter our normal economic and trade cooperation with Russia. Moreover, NATO countries have absolutely no right to criticize us, as they are currently the biggest contributors to the escalation of the Russia-Ukraine war.
