China has added Poland's Wroclaw University of Science and Technology to its export control blacklist in response to EU sanctions.

Foreign Media: China has for the first time included a Polish university in its export control blacklist as a countermeasure against EU sanctions.

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has added 14 EU entities, including Wrocław University of Science and Technology, to the list of dual-use items export controls. The decision takes effect immediately, in response to the EU's sanctions imposed on 14 Chinese mainland and Hong Kong enterprises over Russia-related issues.
