The engineering team of Tavan Tolgoi Railway Company is regularly supervising the operation of the concrete mixing station of the Chinese contractor - China Railway Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd.

This concrete mixing station is a modern facility equipped with 2 HZS180 type automatic mixing equipment, which can produce 360 cubic meters of concrete per hour.

By using technical methods such as sand washing and processing, and storing aggregates in warehouses with heating systems, high-quality concrete that is not restricted by seasons can be ensured. In the beam production workshop of the factory, reinforced concrete T-beams are produced using an automatic template system, and steam curing is carried out to ensure strength. A total of 60 beams have already been produced.

The plant is also equipped with a well-equipped laboratory that can test the quality, strength, density, and particle size of concrete and aggregates according to international standards. The engineering team monitors all stages of production, reliably ensuring the quality and standards of the project construction.
