"We did not fully anticipate that Russia would rapidly develop jet-powered drones and deploy them in indiscriminate strikes," Klavchenko said.

The minister noted that damage from Russian attacks since the beginning of this year has amounted to approximately $10 billion. Targeted facilities include metallurgical plants, warehouses, logistics infrastructure, and more recently, data processing centers.
