The Houthi Militia announced that its Chief of Staff, Colonel Muhammad Al-Ghamari (Мухаммед аль-Гамари), was killed in an Israeli attack, and he has been succeeded by Brigadier General Yusuf Al-Madani (Юсеф аль-Мадани).

In a statement on its Telegram channel, the Houthi Militia said: "The Armed Forces of Yemen announce to the Yemeni people that the leader on the path of jihad, Chief of Staff Colonel Muhammad Abdul Krim Al-Ghamari, was bravely martyred. According to the order of the leadership of the Republic, Brigadier General Yusuf Hassan Al-Madani has been appointed as the new Chief of Staff."

Israel has eliminated Houthi Militia commanders and even government ministers on more than one occasion, but this has not affected the Houthi Militia's missile attacks from within Yemen toward Israel.
