Sputnik Moscow, March 19 - Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Medvedev stated that Zelensky will never be a recognized legitimate negotiation party by Russia, let alone sign a surrender agreement in Kyiv.
Medvedev said in a Telegram channel message: "Zelensky will never be a legitimate negotiation party of our country, let alone sign a surrender agreement."
Medvedev also pointed out that Hitler could not have been a negotiation participant at that time, so the document of Germany's unconditional surrender was signed by German military high-ranking officials, including Field Marshal Wilhelm Keitel, General Hans-Juergen Stumpff, and Admiral Hans-Georg von Friedeburg.
