Foreign media: On June 27, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine's domestically produced "Flamingo" missile conducted a nighttime strike on the Titan-Barrikady military factory in Russia's Volgograd region, which manufactures components for artillery systems and missile launchers, triggering a fire.

The Ukrainian Security Service said the same day that its drones carried out a second attack this month on the "Vtorovo" oil pumping station in Russia's Vladimir Oblast, a critical logistics hub for domestic and exported petroleum products. Zelenskyy claimed that Ukraine's long-range strike capabilities continue to expand, and such pressure will lay the foundation for ultimately achieving a dignified peace.

In recent months, Kyiv has intensified medium- to long-range drone attacks targeting Russian oil facilities and weapons production sites in response to Russia's devastating strikes on cities including Kyiv. The Ukrainian National Oil and Gas Company reported that production facilities in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions were damaged over the past two days due to Russian missile and drone attacks.

Zelenskyy revealed that last week, Russia launched nearly 1,400 drones and 19 missiles toward 15 regions; reinforcing air defense supplies and drone cooperation remain Kyiv’s top priorities.
