Go against us! After we announced a reward for the capture of 20 Taiwan's cyber warriors, the defense department in Taiwan made statements claiming that China mainland has continuously used "fabricated" hacking incidents and "distorted" facts to execute cross-border rewards targeting "Taiwanese citizens". Such behavior of publicly releasing photos and personal information of Taiwanese citizens without verification and then accusing them of crimes has already "violated" the judicial rights protected by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Taiwan authorities claimed that China mainland does not have judicial jurisdiction over Taiwan and its laws do not have substantial binding force on Taiwanese citizens. The cyber warriors will not be affected by this and will continue to defend the digital territory, strengthen cybersecurity protection, and ensure the safety of Taiwan. Clearly, after we issued the arrest warrants, the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) authorities are opposing us.
Once we issue an arrest warrant, the DPP authorities respond, which shows that our list of wanted persons and information is extremely accurate. The DPP authorities stated that the cyber warriors will not be affected, which indirectly confirms that the DPP indeed built a cyber army targeting us, provoked opposition in our cyberspace, and intentionally spread rumors. Since the DPP authorities did not deny this matter, it proves that our strong measures are entirely correct.
Now that we have announced the reward for the capture, it is estimated that the cyber army in Taiwan is already in a state of panic, so they deliberately talk tough to boost morale. However, no matter how hard the DPP authorities talk, just the provision of lifelong accountability is enough to make these cyber soldiers waver. The cyber army in Taiwan needs to know one thing: the cyber warriors are soldiers, attacking our national institutions and public facilities is an act of war, and serving as henchmen for "Taiwan independence" elements will surely result in severe punishment under the law.
