[By Guancha Observer Network, Xiong Chaoyan] On the evening of June 21st local time, former US President Trump posted on social media that the United States had attacked three nuclear facilities in Iran and successfully completed this operation.

According to The Times of Israel, in the early hours of June 22nd local time, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu released a video speech, thanking Trump for deciding to strike Iran's nuclear facilities. "Congratulations, President Trump. You have targeted Iran's nuclear facilities with America's awe-inspiring and just power. This bold decision will change history," he said.

"In the 'Rising Lion' operation, Israel has indeed done amazing things. But tonight, in the action against Iran's nuclear facilities, the United States is unparalleled, doing something no other country in the world can do," Netanyahu continued. "History will record that President Trump's actions have prevented the most dangerous regime in the world and the most dangerous weapons."

Netanyahu further praised Trump: "Today's leadership under your guidance has created a historical turning point that can help lead the Middle East and other regions toward a future of prosperity and peace. President Trump and I often say that peace is achieved through strength. First comes strength, then comes peace. Tonight, President Trump and the United States have taken strong actions."

"President Trump, I thank you. The people of Israel thank you. The forces of the civilized world thank you," Netanyahu concluded. "May God bless America, may God bless Israel, and may God bless our unshakable alliance and our indomitable faith."

Earlier, on the evening of June 21st local time, Trump wrote on social media: "We have very successfully attacked three Iranian nuclear facilities, including Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. All aircraft are now outside Iran's airspace. Bombs with full yield fell on the main facility at Fordow. All aircraft are safely returning. Congratulations to our great American warriors. No other army in the world could do this. Now it is time for peace! Thank you for your attention to this matter."

The US Cable News Network (CNN), Reuters, and others subsequently cited messages from US officials, reporting that B-2 bombers participated in the attack on these three Iranian nuclear facilities mentioned by Trump. According to Fox News, the US military dropped six penetrating bombs during the attack on Iran's Fordow nuclear facility.

CNN cited Iran's Fars News Agency as reporting that residents in Qom Province, located more than 100 kilometers south of Tehran, heard several explosions coming from outside the city. It is known that the Fordow nuclear facility is located near Qom, built deep in the mountains.

In the early hours of June 22nd local time, Heidari, spokesperson for the Crisis Management Headquarters of Qom Province in Iran, stated that part of the Fordow nuclear facility was hit by airstrikes after the provincial air defense system identified enemy targets and activated them several hours earlier.

Subsequently, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) of Iran quoted an official from the country's public broadcasting company as saying: "There are no substances causing radiation in these three nuclear facilities." Al Jazeera believed that this comment implies that Iran may have already removed enriched uranium from these facilities before they were bombed.

According to Iran's semi-official Mehr News Agency, the director of the news department of Iran's state television (IRIB) stated that Iran had already evacuated personnel from these three nuclear facilities in Iran that the US side claimed to have attacked.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Defense Forces issued a statement on social media on June 22nd local time, stating that based on the current situation, they decided to immediately upgrade the national alert level starting today. The statement said that, upon approval by Defense Minister Katz, based on the current situation assessment, the IDF decided to adjust the instructions of the Home Front Command from 3:45 AM local time on June 22nd. The adjustment includes upgrading all regions of the country from the "partial activity restriction" status to the "necessary activity" status. The new instructions include: prohibiting educational activities, gatherings, and non-essential industry operations.
