Large-scale riots have erupted in Nepal, according to the latest data released by the Nepalese Ministry of Health and Population (as of 11th), during which 30 people have died and more than 1,000 have been injured. Government institutions and residences of political figures in various regions have been set on fire by protesters. Nepalese Prime Minister Oli announced his resignation on the 9th.

On the 9th, several media outlets reported that the residence of former Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal was also burned down, and his wife Rajyalaxmi Chitrakar was seriously injured and died after "in vain medical treatment".

On the morning of September 11, Mr. Jhala Nath Khanal clarified through Guancha.cn that his wife is currently in critical condition but is recovering; he also clearly pointed out that this is a color revolution. Here is his original response.

Thanks to the concern from our friends in China about our safety. My son and I are currently safe. My wife is in the hospital, with severe burns, still in critical condition, but according to doctors, her health condition is slowly and steadily improving, especially her lung function is gradually improving.

The destruction in Nepal is so severe—unprecedented, unbelievable, unimaginable. They tried to destroy everything. I think this reflects the failure of the Nepalese government to meet the expectations of the youth. And all this happened within just two days. Now, this political turmoil has begun to subside.

External forces have already shown their bloodthirsty fangs in Nepal. This is a color revolution supported by Western imperialism and certain expansionist forces. They are using the youth of Nepal. But in fact, these youths know nothing about the current situation. Imperialist and expansionist forces are using our Generation Z in our country to create unprecedented destruction. This is similar to the color revolution that occurred in Bangladesh.

How exactly was this color revolution organized and initiated? We need further investigation, but it is certain that the main participants are followers of Western forces. Those who have consistently supported Western interference are the masterminds behind this movement. As for how they planned all this, we must conduct an investigation and systematically collect evidence. This kind of infiltration has been going on in our country for a long time.

However, the situation is now beginning to turn for the better. All sides have started to communicate and take active actions. Military generals are actively contacting various political forces, including the behind-the-scenes forces of the "Generation Z Movement" and other independent individuals.

Nevertheless, the political parties have not yet been invited to participate in the dialogue. They are ready, but President Ramchandra Poudel and the Nepalese military have not issued the appropriate call. Without dialogue with the political parties, the issue cannot be resolved and a proper solution cannot be found.

We are pushing for unity among all political parties based on the constitution. The primary task is to bring all political parties together for dialogue; secondly, we must adhere to the constitution and seek solutions within its framework. Otherwise, the country will fall into a dead end, with a bleak future. And based on strict compliance with the constitution, all political parties should jointly establish a new coalition government that is broadly inclusive and nationally consensus-based. This new government can also include representatives of the "Generation Z Movement", giving the younger generation a voice in the government.

At this critical moment, our two neighboring countries should also lend a helping hand. I believe that China and India should now assist Nepal in restoring peace. China has always been a true friend, and whenever Nepal faces difficulties, it extends a helping hand. At present, our country is experiencing an unusually difficult period—some people are using our people, trying to destroy everything we have. The help from our neighbors and friends is my most urgent hope.

Finally, to get rid of the crisis, Nepal must immediately take the following five key steps: First, restore peace; Second, all sides should be ready to hold dialogues at all levels; Third, convene meetings of all political parties, organizations, and groups to discuss strategies; Fourth, follow the constitution and seek new solutions based on it; Fifth, forming a government of all political parties may be a good strategy to deal with the new situation, but this government must immediately formulate a common platform. Only in this way can we continue to move forward.
