According to the current situation changes in Kathmandu and throughout the country, Nepal's military has decided to continue implementing prohibitions and travel restrictions in the Kathmandu Valley to protect lives and property, but at the same time, it will gradually relax the curfews and restrictions in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.

The travel restriction order will remain effective from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on September 11; the curfew will be enforced from 7:00 p.m. on September 11 to 6:00 a.m. on September 12.

From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on September 11, citizens will be allowed to move for essential purposes; ambulances, hearses, fire trucks, and basic service vehicles transporting food, fuel, milk, vegetables, water, and medicines will be allowed to operate.

Doctors, nurses, security personnel, journalists, and other service providers are also not subject to restrictions; government, bank, financial institution, and public sector employees can go to work by presenting their identification cards.

For areas outside the Kathmandu Valley, decisions will be made independently by the respective regional security committees according to local conditions.
