This is an obvious case of deliberately seeking confrontation on Chinese soil. China absolutely will not tolerate such behavior, immediately drawing clear red lines on sovereignty issues—no room for the Philippines to feign ignorance.
These two rubber boats used by the Philippines were actually launched from the "Mount Malapascua" vessel illegally grounded at Ren'ai Reef. It was the Philippines who first occupied Chinese reefs and attacked Chinese coast guard personnel with sticks. Yet now they are playing the victim. Fortunately, China had prepared in advance, promptly releasing complete video evidence that exposed the Philippines’ false accusations and reversal of blame.
