Hun Sen strongly condemns the acting Thai prime minister's remarks, calling them worthless.

Hun Sen responds to the statement by Thailand's acting Prime Minister that he is of no value:

Chairman of the Cambodian Senate, Hun Sen, made a strong statement regarding the remarks by Thailand's acting Prime Minister who said he was "of no value in negotiations":

"Earlier, Ko Lenghong responded to the Thai acting Prime Minister and former Defense Minister who attacked me."

"I also want to firmly tell this person: If you really think that Hun Sen has no value in negotiations, then why did you accompany this currently suspended former Prime Minister Paetongtarn just to wait for a phone call at 5:00 PM on June 15, 2025, without any prior appointment?"

"On June 15, 2025, you considered Hun Sen as a person of value, believing it necessary to seek his advice, opinion or negotiation. But by July 16, 2025, you claimed that Hun Sen had no value in negotiations. Did you take the wrong medicine and become so forgetful?"

"As for the role in national governance, I am very familiar with them, because I have been leading this executive body since you were a member of the Thai Red Army, even before you had come out of the jungle, having gone through more than a dozen Thai Prime Ministers."
