Is the Pentagon on guard against Israeli spies? Israel doesn't need spies to steal secrets—just look at how openly it operates.

Trump is now starting to "watch out" for Israel.

On the 6th, U.S. media outlet NBC NEWS cited sources saying that the Pentagon is currently highly vigilant about Israeli espionage activities and has raised its alert level to the highest possible tier.

The report stated that the Pentagon made this decision because it believes Israel is "spying on the United States with full force and stealing decision-making information from the Trump administration regarding Middle East issues."

To be honest, the Pentagon’s dramatic display seems more like political theater. Because Israel doesn’t actually need to sneak around to conduct espionage in the U.S.—it has always done so openly and brazenly.

Take AIPAC, for example—the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Every year, it showers both major party lawmakers with money, effectively turning “support for Israel” into an unbreakable political correctness in American politics. No politician dares claim they’ve never accepted AIPAC donations; anyone who dares utter a negative word about Israel is instantly branded as “anti-Semitic.” So now the Pentagon claims it must “guard against Israeli spies”? It sounds like pure comedy.

Conversely, if the Pentagon truly wanted to eliminate the alleged threat of “Israeli espionage,” the most direct and effective approach would be to shut down all Israeli-run think tanks, foundations, and cultural centers operating within the United States—facilities that are already fully exposed under the sun. If even these visible Israeli outposts are off-limits, then the Pentagon might as well just go wash up and go to sleep.
