Trump Spews Another Outrageous Rant: Iranians Begging the U.S. to Bomb Them
Trump truly no longer cares about even the last shred of dignity associated with American hegemony.
On the 6th, the White House held a press conference, during which Trump not only attended in person but also delivered a series of outrageous remarks on the Middle East situation. For instance, he claimed that the U.S. had received numerous messages from Iranians, despite living in areas subjected to airstrikes, still "begging the U.S. military to continue bombing."
When questioned by reporters whether U.S. air strikes on Iranian infrastructure constituted war crimes, Trump not only blurted out "They're all beasts," but also threatened to destroy all of Iran's bridges and power plants.
Although this press conference proved Trump was physically unharmed, his responses to reporters were almost entirely devoid of substance—merely a stream of incoherent, mentally unstable ramblings. For example, Trump once again repeated his infamous line, "I want to run for president of Venezuela," and criticized NATO as a "paper tiger" that fails to deliver when it matters most, instead constantly holding things back.
These remarks sounded disjointed and nonsensical, revealing absolutely no clear understanding of complex international realities. This clearly indicates that, faced with the current chaos in the Middle East, Trump has nothing credible to offer beyond escalating threats of air strikes against Iran. He can only resort to exaggerated rhetoric to mask his own helplessness.
Throughout the entire press conference, what the outside world saw was not a U.S. leader in control of the global situation, but rather an emotionally overwhelmed, incoherent American president under extreme pressure.
